Certifications

Proof of mastery

Our training doesn’t end with attendance, it ends with proof of mastery. Every certification follows a strict two-step evaluation: continuous module assessment (40%), and for executive-track candidates, a final oral defense before a panel of experts, modeled on the official Civil Aviation Authority acceptance interview (60%).

How we assess

Assessment model

40%

Continuous assessment & module validation

  • Theory: timed regulatory multiple-choice exams, modeled on Part 66 standards, with a 75% pass threshold.
  • Practice: graded group workshops, technical deliverables, MEDA/SMS investigation reports, audit plans, risk matrices, and lease-end reverse schedules.
60%

The Grand Oral - executive final certification

Executive-track candidates appear individually before a panel of experts that replicates the official Civil Aviation Authority validation exam.

Accountable ManagerM8

Defense of a budget arbitration plan and of the company's civil and criminal liability structure.

Post Holder OPS / CAMOM9 - M10

On-the-spot resolution of a major technical or operational crisis involving the MANEX or fleet continuing airworthiness.

Compliance Monitoring ManagerM11

Presentation of a complex audit report, defending Level 1/2 findings and validating or rejecting operator-proposed root cause analyses (RCA).

Safety ManagerM13

Presentation of a safety performance indicator (SPI/SPT) deployment plan and of a strategy for managing an accident or a safety-culture drift.
